From my late teens, I suffered from PMDD myself, but it wasn’t until I was almost 30 and studying nutrition and herbal medicine that I finally had the tools I needed to address my menstrual mental health naturally, even though I hadn't heard of PMDD at the time.

Thus, I have a very deep empathy for anyone on the very intense, often scary & lonely, emotional rollercoaster that hormones can send us along.  

It is my mission to help my clients regain control of their mind, menstruation & moods, so they can rediscover inner calm, clarity & self-confidence in themselves, work, relationships & life.
