I tried the Tapping Practice when I was feeling overwhelmed during a PMDD episode. It takes little time and gives quick results in the moment. I became more grounded and alive – the brain fog lifted, and there was a lightness in my body that I hadn’t felt before the practice. I felt more energized and was able to concentrate better on work tasks. Just give it a try!

Heidi is a fantastic EFT therapist. From the very first session she impressed me with her ability to instantly take on board
everything I shared with her about how I felt and turned it into a great and very helpful tapping session.
I highly recommend having sessions with Heidi, she really understands PMDD. She is also such a genuine, generous and caring person.

You have such a warm and calming presence and a genuine authenticity of care and compassion that translates even through a video recording, which I find massively impressive.

Frequently Asked Questions
That’s totally normal! EFT can feel a little strange when you’re new to it, but think of it like learning any new skill - give it time. Approach it with an open mind and let yourself experience the process. Even if it feels odd, tapping is still working on your nervous system and energy flow.
That’s okay too! Tapping works even if you don’t fully believe the words at first. The practice helps to shift both conscious and subconscious patterns over time. If a phrase doesn’t resonate, tweak it to make it feel more natural to you.
Ideally, tapping becomes part of your regular self-care routine, just like brushing your teeth or stretching. You can do it daily, weekly, or simply whenever you need it. The more you practice, the more your nervous system gets used to calm and regulation.
Tapping isn’t a magic fix, but it’s a powerful tool to help regulate your nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and shift patterns of stress and resistance. Many people find it reduces symptoms and makes PMDD easier to manage when used alongside a holistic healing approach.
If you’ve been stuck in the same cycle of frustration, resistance, or exhaustion, tapping might just be the missing piece. Unlike traditional methods that focus only on symptoms, EFT works with your emotions, energy, and nervous system to bring relief in a new way.
You don’t have to do this alone. That’s why I created the Cyclical Power Sisterhood - a space for deeper support, education, and connection with other women navigating PMDD. If you’re ready for more guidance, you’ll find everything you need inside the membership.
